The following are the payment instruments which are used in the Payment System in the country, defined in the Manual for form and content of payment instruments for executing the payment system in the Republic of Macedonia (official paper of R.M 43/2001…103/2001) are:

- Receipt ( form PP 10)

- Cash payment ( form PP 40)

•  Form for cash payment (form PP41)

•  Transfer order ( form PP 30)

•  Summary transfer order (with multiple basic PP 31 forms)

The payment instruments can be delivered by one of the following methods:

•  delivered personally at the tellers of Postenska Banka a.d.Skopje and the tellers of JP Makedonska Posta,

•  send by mail,

•  delivered on electronic media ( floppy discs)

The Payment System in the country is executed trough the tellers of Postenska Banka AD Skopje and JP Makedonska Posta, with 320 branches and 620 tellers trained to execute financial transaction. The tellers are connected trough a computer network, and are equipped with up-to-date equipment for teller work.
